Creamy Kava "Latte"

Ingredients:
• 1 tablespoons of Kava Warehouse Micronized Kava Powder
• 1 cup of whole milk (or your choice of dairy-free alternative)
• 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup (optional)
• ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract
• A pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg (optional)
• Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
Mix the Kava: In a cup or small bowl, combine the micronized kava powder with a small amount of warm (not boiling) water. Stir well to dissolve the powder fully.
Heat the Milk: In a small saucepan, gently warm the milk over low heat, avoiding boiling.
Combine: Pour the warm milk into the dissolved kava mixture and stir thoroughly. Add honey or maple syrup for sweetness, and vanilla extract if desired.
Optional Flavor: Add a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg for a touch of spice.
Serve: Serve the kava milk warm, or pour it over ice if you prefer a cold drink.
Notes:
Micronized kava dissolves easily, so no need for straining.
Adjust the sweetness or flavors to suit your taste.
